Seahawks' Chris Carson breaks silence on Trysten Hill tackle that left him injured

Seattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson avoided a major injury against the Dallas Cowboys during Week 3, and now he's breaking his silence on the tackle that left him with a mild knee sprain.

"Kind of like what everybody thought of it: I thought it was kind of a bull---- ... play," Carson said while speaking to reporters via video call for the first time since that game, according to ESPN's Brady Henderson. "But it is what it is."

Carson left the game late in the fourth quarter after having his leg twisted by Cowboys defensive tackle Trysten Hill, who was later fined $6,522 for his actions.

Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll was livid about the tackle that left Carson injured, but it's something he's since moved on from.

Carson didn't miss practice last week and started against the Miami Dolphins, rushing for two touchdowns and totaling 100 yards from scrimmage. His goal this season was to play all 16 regular-season games after missing a combined 15 games over the first three years of his career.

He's playing out the final year of the rookie contract he signed in 2017 as a seventh-round pick.
