The Seattle Seahawks have been dealing with hot and sunny conditions at training camp like many other NFL teams across the country, and two of their offensive lineman found a great way to beat the heat on Tuesday.
Seahawks fourth-year offensive tackle Charles Cross and rookie guard Grey Zabel — the team's 2025 first-round pick — joined each other in shotgunning a canned Gatorade during Tuesday's practice. Both linemen looked like they had been there before, to say the least.
It appears Cross and Zabel were filming some sort of social media promo for the Seahawks.

That is one way to get electrolytes in you as quickly as possible.
The Seahawks are hoping Zabel will step in to help solidify their offensive line in front of new starting quarterback Sam Darnold. If bonding exercises count, Zabel and Cross are already ahead of the game.
