Sunday was all about setting up the 53-man roster, so Monday has been about getting the practice squad in order.

Teams are allowed to have 16 players on the practice squad, with a 17th spot reserved for an international player. The Seattle Seahawks are one of the teams that take advantage of this 17th spot, and they’ve revealed their full squad.

Seahawks 2026 Practice Squad

  • T Logan Brown
  • CB Michael Dansby
  • CB Trevon Diggs
  • NT Deven Eastern
  • S A.J. Finley
  • CB Andre Fuller
  • WR Emmanuel Henderson Jr.
  • WR Julian Hicks
  • S Maxen Hook
  • DE Aidan Hubbard
  • LB Marvin Jones Jr.
  • RB Velus Jones Jr.
  • DT Uso Seumalo
  • S Rodney Thomas II
  • WR Ricky White III
  • RB Jacardia White
  • C Federico Maranges (International)

Henderson, Eastern, Dansby, and Fuller were all drafted in 2026 but didn’t make the final roster. Now, the team gets to develop them on the practice squad. Ricky White III also sticks around as a former seventh-round pick from 2025.

Each member of the practice squad spent time with the Seahawks this summer. The team is prioritizing developing the young talent that’s already on the team rather than adding players discarded by other teams. Maranges will be the team’s international player for the second straight season.

It’s a good sign that the team decided to keep three safeties and three cornerbacks, considering how shallow the initial roster is at these spots. The Seahawks surprisingly only kept two safeties on the initial roster and only kept five true cornerbacks.

It’s also nice that a few interesting offensive pieces were able to be kept. Henderson and White, in particular, had real shots to make the roster, and the team wouldn’t have wanted to lose either on waivers.

Finally, the running back depth could come in handy as well. The Seahawks only have three running backs on the roster, and two of them have been banged up this summer. If any other injuries happen before Zach Charbonnet returns, Jones or White could be elevated.
