Sean McVay had great line for media at end of press conference
Despite being exhausted from celebrating his team's Super Bowl victory, Sean McVay handled his Monday morning press conference like a champ. Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Sean McVay had a funny line for the media at the end of a press conference on Monday morning.

Winning the Super Bowl is the thrill of a lifetime and marks the accomplishment of lifelong dreams for those involved. But the one downside, if you want to get picky about it, is the amount of media obligations the winning players/coaches have to fulfill.

After a night of celebrating, the winning coach has to conduct a press conference the morning after the game.

McVay thought that the press conference was going to be brief, but the Los Angeles Rams coach ended up answering more than 10 questions. He indicated he was told he would have to answer only a few questions, leading to his funny line as he exited (beware of the bad language).

At least he’s being a good sport about things.

Even if you’re sleep-deprived and exhausted, answering some questions is probably the least a winning coach can do. They’d much rather be in that position than be the losing coach and not have to answer anything.
