Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans has secured the No. 44 spot on the 2025 NFL Top 100 list, solidifying his position as one of the league’s top players.

This ranking marks a drop from his No. 26 spot last year, but Evans remains one of the most consistent performers in the NFL. With a career built on consistency and greatness, Evans continues to impress, holding records such as the only player in NFL history with 1,000-plus receiving yards in each of his first 11 seasons.

The NFL Top 100 list, as voted by fellow players, cements Mike Evans’ status as a league-wide force. In a video shared by the NFL, Evans received accolades from notable players like George Kittle and Pat Surtain II, further highlighting his respect among peers.

Mr. Consistency

Evans holds the distinction of being the only player in NFL history to record 1,000-plus receiving yards in each of his first 11 seasons, a feat that solidifies his place in league lore. Additionally, his 2024 season marked his sixth campaign with 1,000-plus receiving yards and 10-plus receiving touchdowns, ranking him fifth in NFL history for such seasons, behind all-time greats Jerry Rice, Marvin Harrison, Randy Moss and Terrell Owens.

Since being drafted seventh overall in 2014, Mike Evans has consistently been a reliable force for the Buccaneers’ offense, thriving under various quarterbacks while delivering elite performances that have cemented his status as one of football’s most formidable receivers. A key contributor to Tampa Bay’s success, Evans played a pivotal role in the team’s 2021 Super Bowl victory.

Throughout his career, he’s demonstrated remarkable durability and production, starting 153 out of 154 games and accumulating impressive stats, including 836 receptions, 12,684 receiving yards, and 105 touchdowns. Evans holds nearly every major Buccaneers franchise receiving record and has earned six Pro Bowl selections and two All-Pro nods.

As Evans continues to perform at an elite level, it’s increasingly evident that he’s entering the latter stages of his storied career, marking a poignant shift in his enduring NFL journey.
