The Steelers have been searching for a lockdown corner for some time now. If the Rams are willing to trade CB Jalen Ramsey this offseason, should Pittsburgh go all in?
It certainly depends on what the price would be, but the Steelers are rumored to be one of four teams expected to check on the veteran cornerback's availability.

Ramsey is still playing at a high level at 28-years-old. He had a career-high 88 tackles, two sacks, three forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, four interceptions and 18 passes defensed in 2022.
Of course, Pittsburgh would love to add him to its roster, especially as they've struggled to draft the position in recent years. But the question is how much he'll cost coming off of another impressive season.
The Steelers have three picks in the top 50 of the 2023 NFL Draft after GM Omar Khan fleeced Chicago earlier this season.
If Khan can find a way to do it again, Ramsey would certainly help the sack totals of T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith rise, along with forming the best DB tandem in the league with Minkah Fitzpatrick.
However, if Pittsburgh wanted to stay younger on defense, this year's draft does have "really good depth" at cornerback, according to NFL Network analyst Daniel Jeremiah.

Although it wasn't a trade, the Steelers did add a talented veteran CB in Joe Haden in 2017. If the price is right, Ramsey could be Pittsburgh's next big acquisition for the secondary.
