Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets fumbled their second straight game against Anthony Richardson and the Indianapolis Colts at home this past Sunday, losing by a score of 28-27.

The loss dropped the Jets to 3-8 on the season, tied with the New England Patriots for last place in the AFC East. Interim coach Jeff Ulbrich's team has now lost seven of eight games.

The Jets have not had a winning season since they went 10-6 in 2015, when Ryan Fitzpatrick, Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker roamed the field for then-coach Todd Bowles' team.

On Tuesday, sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson shared a brutally honest opinion on the state of the Jets on a day they decided to fire their fledgling general manager Joe Douglas after more than five seasons with the franchise.

"In my yrs in the NFL I have come to learn that with all good teams it stems from the top," Wolfson wrote on her X account.

"Owner, GM, HC, all on the same page, building the same culture, bringing in the players that fit your culture.

"We saw it in NE all those yrs, then KC, SF, to name a few.

"This year, we are seeing it in Washington. They have "it." The Jets need to start over and find "it," Wolfson concluded.
