One of the most intriguing storylines throughout the offseason has been the return of Stetson Bennett after the Los Angeles Rams quarterback missed the entirety of his rookie season due to an undisclosed off-the-field issue.

Bennett has since rejoined the team for offseason activities and has captured the full attention of fans as he's made progress.

Head coach Sean McVay spoke highly of the former Georgia Bulldogs signal-caller before the 2024 NFL Draft, supporting the upward trajectory he has been on. It should be seen as a major positive for Bennett that the Rams chose not to select a quarterback off the board, though several analysts had mocked one to Los Angeles.

“He’s done a great job being engaged in the meetings. We’ve had a lot of individual meetings up to this point," McVay said. "I know (quarterbacks coach) Dave Ragone has really enjoyed his interaction with him throughout the first six days, if you will, with Monday through Thursday last week, and then now being through two days this week and so it’s been good."

He describes Bennett as having a "good look in his eyes."

"I mean, he looks good. He’s had a good look in his eyes," McVay said. He’s been attentive in the meetings and then I’m looking forward to next week to being able to get out on the grass with all of our players and Stetson being one of them.”

Despite this, there was recently some debate surrounding Bennett's status because of a vague social media post by the Rams captioned "QBs." It featured only starting quarterback Matthew Stafford and presumed backup signal-caller Jimmy Garoppolo, who the team signed earlier in the offseason.

There were several comments surrounding Bennett's status and if there was a reason he wasn't included. To this point, there's been no indication that Bennett has regressed at all. So, it's safe to assume there's nothing to worry about here for Rams fans.

Here's a look at what social media has had to say about Bennett -- a name no one can quite stop talking about  -- over recent times:
