Mila Adams, the female chef who accused Stefon Diggs of assault and strangulation, has shed some light on their relationship.
Diggs had a remarkable season with the New England Patriots in 2025, but the good times did not last. He went on to lose the Super Bowl, got dumped by Cardi B, and was eventually released by the Patriots.
The wide receiver was also arrested and charged back in December following accusations from said chef, who claimed that they had a dispute over her payment, which led to Diggs becoming physical.
Adams spoke under oath this Monday and revealed that she and Diggs started out as friends. She said they eventually entered a sexual relationship and later agreed that she would work for him.
You can hear her claims in the video below:
Diggs entered a plea of not guilty shortly after the Super Bowl loss in February.
He appeared in court on Monday for opening statements and jury selection.
According to the Associated Press, he did not speak.
Adams, however, painted a picture for the court, which probably isn’t so surprising, given the wideout’s reputation.
Reports from December noted that Diggs’ accuser had approached him about money he owed her. They got into an argument, during which the player allegedly assaulted her and “tried to choke her using the crook of his elbow around her neck.”
Attorneys for the WR said he “categorically denies the allegations.”
The Patriots released Diggs in March, freeing up cap space, yet they are hardly past the drama.
Their head coach, Mike Vrabel, has been exposed for an alleged affair with reporter Dianna Russini.
Unlike Diggs, Vrabel is sticking around.
