Super Bowl LX is only a few months away, but there's never a moment that the football world isn’t focusing on the national spectacle.
Featuring the two best teams from the AFC and NFC, the most notable artists in the world performing at the halftime show and celebrities in attendance, this year's 60th Super Bowl should be no different.
Super Bowl LX is on Feb. 8, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. EST and 3:30 p.m. PST.
Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers in Santa Clara, Calif., will be the venue for this year's Super Bowl. Levi’s Stadium previously hosted Super Bowl L on Feb. 7, 2016, between the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos. The Broncos, led by Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning, outdid the Panthers and 2015 NFL MVP quarterback Cam Newton, 24-10.
The Bay Area has held three Super Bowls, with Stanford University hosting Super Bowl XIX in 1985. Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana led the 49ers to a commanding victory, 38-16, over Hall of Fame head coach Don Shula and the Miami Dolphins. Montana won Super Bowl MVP by throwing for 331 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions.

Despite calls for NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to axe Bad Bunny, Goodell reaffirmed his decision to stick with the Latin rapper, telling NFL Network's Mike Garafolo the decision was “carefully thought through.”
Roger Goodell on Bad Bunny: “He’s one of the leading and most popular entertainers in the world. That’s what we try to achieve.” Says the decision was “carefully thought through” and “We’re confident it’s going to be a great show and that he understands the platform that he’s on.…
