San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey ran into the end zone for a three-yard touchdown late in the first half of Monday night's game against the Minnesota Vikings. It is McCaffrey's 16th consecutive game with a touchdown, including the playoffs.
McCaffrey's streak of 16 games is four more than the previous franchise record holder, Jerry Rice, who had 12 consecutive games with a touchdown.
Furthermore, McCaffrey now shares the record for the most consecutive regular-season games with a touchdown in franchise history, tying with Jerry Rice at 13 straight games.
