The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are riding high after a big 20-16 win over the Detroit Lions on Sunday in the Motor City. It was a game that few gave them a chance to win going in, as the Lions are one of the top NFC contenders in many people's eyes.
The aftermath proved the Bucs are a pretty good team themselves, and now they have a good chance to reach 3-0 for the first time since the 2005 season. Tampa Bay will take on the Denver Broncos on Sunday at Raymond James Stadium.
Unfortunately for those outside of Florida and parts of the Southwest and Mountain West areas, you're out of luck if you hope to see the game locally, per 506Sports.com.
The big game of the day that most of the country will get, particularly out West and in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic regions, is Philadelphia-New Orleans. It's not hard to understand why, as that's a game involving a marquee NFC contender in the Eagles against an upstart and exciting Saints team.
As a result, other areas across the Southeast that might otherwise have gotten the Bucs game are going to have to find another way to watch the game.
Denver-Tampa Bay will be shown throughout much of Florida, but outside of the panhandle and the Jacksonville and Miami-Fort Lauderdale regions. It will also be on throughout all of Colorado, most of New Mexico, Wyoming, and Nebraska, and parts of South Dakota, Idaho, Montana, Arizona, and Kansas.
The Bucs' defense did an excellent job against one of the best QBs and offenses last week in the Lions' Jared Goff. They'll have to keep that same effort and intensity up again, even against rookie QB Bo Nix and a struggling Denver offense. Week 2 in the NFL showed anyone can win anywhere.
Kickoff between the Bucs and Broncos is set for 1:00 pm ET from Tampa.
