Terry Bradshaw Announces When He'll Retire From Broadcasting

Legendary quarterback Terry Bradshaw has been on "FOX NFL Sunday" since its inception in 1994. While he's done plenty of great work over the years, fans have been wondering if he'll retire this offseason.

Bradshaw, 76, is no stranger to having success on TV. Before joining FOX's crew, he worked at CBS Sports as an analyst. He was on "The NFL Today" for four seasons before taking his talents to "FOX NFL Sunday." Since joining FOX, he has won three Sports Emmy Awards for Outstanding Sports Personality/Analyst.

FOX has the broadcasting rights for this weekend's Super Bowl in New Orleans, so the network's entire crew is in the Big Easy.

On Thursday night, Bradshaw was asked about his future at FOX. He made it clear that he'll return for the 2025 season.

However, Bradshaw admit that he's nearing the end of his run with "FOX NFL Sunday."

Bradshaw thinks he has two years left before he retires. He'd love to be around for another Super Bowl with FOX, but that might be too ambitious of a goal.

"I told my wife before I left the hotel room, I was sitting there, I said, 'I’ve got two years left at Fox.' I’m 76. It’s a young man’s game. I get that," Bradshaw said. "Everybody wants their new [faces]. I said, if we can get to the next Super Bowl, I’ll be 80. I think that’s time. That’s pushing it."

"FOX NFL Sunday" won't be the same once Bradshaw steps down from his role, that's for sure.

Bradshaw, a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, will be part of FOX's pregame, halftime and postgame coverage on Sunday.

If this is Bradshaw's last Super Bowl as a member of the "FOX NFL Sunday," we hope he goes out in style. And frankly, we have no doubt he will.
