That stench you smell may be the Ravens passing offense

After surrendering another fourth-quarter lead last week, the Ravens are left scratching their heads. The biggest question is: What's wrong with the offense?

Baltimore better find answers before Sunday's home game against the Broncos, whose own plodding offense belongs in the leather helmet days.

Baltimore's passing game stinks, ranking 27th in the NFL with 202.8 yards per game.

In the red zone against the Jaguars last Sunday, they scored on only two of five possessions, and Jacksonville held Lamar Jackson to a season-worst 50% completion percentage.

"I don't know what to tell you," Jackson said, via ESPN. "You see it, I'm seeing it, but I'm out there trying to make it happen."

Maybe Baltimore should rely more on its running attack, which ranks second in the NFL with 162.7 yards per game. Single wing offense, anyone?

Despite the struggles passing the ball, the Ravens (7-4) are tied with the Bengals for first in the AFC North with six games left.

Of course, Baltimore wants to win to maintain that position, but most of all the Ravens don't want anyone comparing their offense to Denver's.
