The '14-win NFL quarterbacks' quiz

For just the second time in NFL history, the season will kick-off with a Super Bowl rematch with the New England Patriots traveling to Seattle to face the Seahawks on Wednesday, Sept 9.

While the Seahawks won’t have Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III in their backfield after his offseason departure, they do still have quarterback Sam Darnold. Darnold – who is spending a second-consecutive season with a team for the first time since 2021-22 with Carolina – has reformed his image from bust and back-up, to journeyman who can’t win big games and now Super Bowl champion.

Since his reemergence with the Vikings in 2024 when he started for injured rookie J.J. McCarthy, he’s thrown for 4,000+ yards in consecutive seasons and combined for 60 touchdowns and 26 interceptions with a 28-6 regular season record.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Darnold is one of 19 quarterbacks in NFL history to win 14 games in a single season, doing it in back-to-back seasons with Minnesota and Seattle. With that being said, how many of those quarterbacks can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
