The '1K-yard rookie receivers' quiz

Created on October 7, 2026 | Total tries: 0 | Average Score: 0.0 out of 35 (0%) | Quiz FAQ

Happy 25th birthday to 2024 Pro Bowler and the author of the best rookie receiving season ever in Jacksonville Jaguars history, Brian Thomas Jr.!

The Jaguars selected Thomas with the 23rd-overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft out of LSU, and he looked like he was going to be a can’t-miss star. He set Jacksonville rookie-records in catches (87), and yards (1,282) while catching eight touchdowns in what was otherwise a disappointing 4-13 season for the Jaguars.

Unfortunately for Thomas, his fortunes seem to have gone the opposite direction of the franchise’s. While the Jags went 13-4 in 2025, drops and injuries dampened the excitement surrounding Thomas Jr., and he’s struggled to get involved in a crowded wide receiver room so far in 2026. He finally made an impact in Duval’s 22-17 win over Cincinnati in Week 4, catching just two passes for 17 yards but hauling in his first touchdown of the season.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Thomas is one of 35 players in NFL history to reach the 1,000-receiving-yard milestone in their rookie season. How many of those players can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
