The Pittsburgh Steelers sured up their offensive line by taking Troy Fautanu at 20th overall but there is still plenty of work to be done as the team looks to get further in the playoffs in 2024-2025.
Thanks to the Kenny Pickett trade, the Steelers have three picks on Day 2 - two of which are in the third round and potentially could be packaged via #84 and #98 overall.
So, with all that being said, let's take a look at the Steelers' three biggest remaining needs heading into Day 2 of the draft.
The next step towards re-tooling the offense starts at WR, where there are plenty of options available, including a potential trade for a veteran WR. If Pittsburgh opts to stick with some new talent, however, here are there best options:
Potential options: Adonai Mitchell, Texas, Roman Wilson, Michigan, Malachi Corley, WKU
While Pittsburgh went OL in round one, there is still a gaping hole at center and one that will have to be filled before the season starts. Luckily for Pittsburgh, two of the best options in the entire draft remain:
Potential options: Jackson Powers Johnson, Oregon, Zach Frazier, WVU, Sedrick Van-Pran, Georgia
It had to have been a difficult decision to pass on corner with all of them being on the board at 20th overall, but one of them is still there for the taking, though he won't be there for long:
Potential options: Cooper DeJean, Iowa, Cam Hart, Notre Dame, Andru Phillips, Kentucky
