The 'All-time QB rushing leaders' quiz

Happy 29th birthday to former sixth-overall NFL Draft pick and Indianapolis Colts starting quarterback, Daniel Jones!

Few quarterbacks have had as volatile of a career as Daniel Jones has in his seven NFL seasons. After being drafted by the New York Giants in 2019, he started his career 12-25 as a starter in his first three seasons. But in 2022 he and the Giants caught lightning in a bottle, going 9-6-1 and winning a playoff game with Jones under center. They rewarded him with a big contract, but between injuries and effectiveness he won just three more games as the Giants starting QB.

He was waived in 2024 and after spending the rest of the season with Minnesota without making an appearance on the field, he signed with Indianapolis to compete with Anthony Richardson to compete for the starting gig. He won the job and ran with it, throwing for the second-most yards and touchdowns in his career while going 8-5 before a season-ending achilles injury in December that resulted in the Colts bringing Philip Rivers out of retirement.

With Jones not expected to be ready to return for the season opener, Richardson and Riley Leonard will likely battle for the starting spot to begin 2026. But after signing a two-year extension through 2027, Indy still appears to be Daniel Jones’ team.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Jones has made his reputation as a dual-threat quarterback, racking up 2,343 rushing-yards to go with his 17,683 passing-yards. With that being said, can you name every NFL quarterback to rush for at least 2,000 yards in their career?

Good luck!
