The 'AP NFL Coaches of the Year' quiz

Chicago Bears fans might not have Matt Nagy to kick around much longer. The 43-year-old is in his fourth season as Bears head coach, but it appears he won't hold on to that gig much longer. Following the team's loss to the Ravens in Week 11, rumors started circulating that the players want Nagy gone. Then, on Tuesday, it was reported that Thursday's Thanksgiving Day game against the Lions would be his last in Chicago. If Nagy is indeed let go this week, it would be a stunning fall from grace for a man who was once the hottest coaching name on the market less than four years ago.

Which brings us to today's quiz of the day. Nagy began his NFL head coaching career with a bang, winning the AP NFL Coach of the Year Award in his first season in the Windy City. So with that in mind, how many of the last coaches from each NFL franchise to win AP NFL Coach of the Year can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
