We are approaching everyones favorite time of year, Madden season.
The newest version of the storied video game franchise Madden 26 will release later this summer. Right now, it is in the beta stage, and the current ratings displayed for 32 teams have been revealed. And the Bills somehow fall out of the top 10 teams in the league, which is flat-out disrespectful.

The Bills are currently rated as an 85 overall team, and there are 11 teams rated higher. The Bills have been one of the best teams in the NFL consistently over the past few years, and they certainly have deserved to be treated that way. Seeing teams like the Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, and Pittsburgh Steelers rated higher is, to say the least, laughable. The one that hits home the most, though, is seeing the Bills' AFC East rivals, the Miami Dolphins, as an 89 overall.
With some of these ratings so crazy, it shouldn't shock anyone that, since these ratings have been released, people at EA Sports have shared that they are just placeholders and are still subject to change. The Bills should certainly be higher than an 85 when the game releases, and there should be nowhere near 11 teams rated higher than them. However, the fact that they decided to place the Bills here for now is still concerning and should not have occurred. Thankfully, the NFL season plays out on the field, though not in a virtual world. And they hope to be playing for a real Super Bowl on the gridiron this season, while other teams can enjoy their ratings in Madden.
