After throwing just two passes in 2025 and seeing Daniel Jones play his way into the MVP conversation last year, it seemed Anthony Richardson Sr.’s time in Indianapolis might have been over. But after a strong preseason, the former fourth-overall NFL Draft pick has kept himself in Indy’s plans (at least for now), winning the backup quarterback job over Riley Leonard.
Richardson lost the starting gig to Daniel Jones last preseason and spent most of the season unavailable due to an orbital fracture caused by a snapped exercise band, and has played in double-digit games just once in his three professional seasons. Still just 24 and possessing plenty of the physical attributes to be successful in the NFL, this season could be a league-wide audition for Richardson to prove he can competently run an offense.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Richardson was the last first quarterback the Colts took in the first round of the NFL Draft since taking Andrew Luck first-overall in 2012. With that being said, can you name the most recent first-round QB drafted by each NFL franchise?
Good luck!
