The Detroit Lions are starting training camp next week when the rookies report on the 16th. The veterans will be in a few days later on the 19th, and this thing will be full swing.
One of the big questions I keep getting is something to this effect.
Do we expect any further moves, assuming no injuries? Trades, signings, etc.

The answer is yes. You should expect the Lions to do a decent amount of moves during training camp, but that does not necessarily mean that they will be big-time moves that blow you away. But they will be necessary.
Last summer, the Lions signed eight different players during training camp. Five of those guys wound up spending the entire season with the Lions. That was Jake Bates, Jamarco Jones, Jake Fromm, Abraham Beauplan, and Pat O'Connor. Three of those guys are still on the Lions roster today.
During training camp in 2023, the Lins signed 10 players and traded for one. None of them are currently with the Lions, but some of them were with the team that year.
This year, the Lions may make a big signing if they actually do bring back Za'Darius Smith. Outside of that, you should expect the Lions to swap guys in and out during camp, and maybe you'll see that some of the guys who are brought in might carve out a role either on the 53-man roster or the practice squad.
Expect the Lions to be working out players all summer, too. Some of them may not make the team, and you'll never hear about them again, but some might make it. This train never really stops; it just slows down from time to time.
