The 'Most 3-passing-TD playoff games' quiz

The Carolina Panthers gave the Los Angeles Rams all they could handle in the Wild Card matchup at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, but Matthew Stafford and the Rams survived 34-31 to earn a matchup with the Chicago Bears. 

While Stafford can’t do anything to sway MVP voters towards his case with the postseason underway, he took another step towards solidifying his case in the court of public opinion by throwing for 300 yards and three touchdowns with one interception. The best play of the day came with less than a minute remaining in regulation, when Stafford dropped what proved to be a game-winning 19-yard dime to tight end Colby Parkinson. 

After the win, veteran wide receiver Davante Adams revealed what the nearly-37 year old caller said to his team in the huddle ahead of the crucial drive. 

“Let’s go snatch these guys' hearts,” was the message Adams relayed to the media from Stafford. 

“I literally smiled in that moment, because that’s one of the most gangster things you could say in that moment. To hear him say that, see the look on his face and then throw the touchdown. That’s MVP stuff.”
