The most overpaid & underpaid players at every NFL position

The NFL salary cap creates challenges as teams try to build a championship squad. Here's a look at some of the most overpaid and underpaid players at each position during the 2024 season. Salaries are based on cap hits from Spotrac.com.

The payday is coming soon, but for now Mr. Irrelevant 2022 remains the best bargain in the league. Purdy led the 49ers to the Super Bowl in only his second season, but his cap hit is just above $1 million in 2024.
