The 'Most TD's by a tight end' quiz

The New England Patriots made a splash acquisition in their receiving game this offseason by trading for AJ Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles. But with Week 1 on the horizon, they made another deal that won’t get as much attention. 

The Patriots and veteran tight end Hunter Henry agreed to a  two-year, $16 million contract extension to keep the 31-year-old in New England through the next three campaigns. Henry had the best all-around season of his career with Drake Maye and the Patriots last season, posting a career-high 768 yards to go with seven touchdowns after just two in 2024. 

Despite helping get the Patriots back to the Super Bowl last year, Maye is still a young signal caller who will benefit from having a security blanket-type target that Henry can be. In addition to his seven touchdowns, 42 of Henry’s 60 receptions in 2025 resulted in a first down for the New England offense. 

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Henry’s 47-career touchdowns rank 21st all-time by a tight end in NFL history. With that being said, can you name the tight ends with at least 40 touchdown catches in their career?
