The NFL lets the world know it's a 'Swiftie'

The NFL, as far as its official X account is concerned, is an official "Swiftie."

As all football fans and "Swifties" know by now, the superstar singer-songwriter Taylor Swift attended the Week 4 matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets on Sunday night at MetLife Stadium.

Swift's appearance at the AFC showdown (which was broadcast on "Sunday Night Football) came on the heels of her late-September moment where she and "Mama Kelce" nearly broke the internet, as the duo were spotted sitting together during the Chiefs' Week 3 home contest against the Chicago Bears.

All of this comes amid the swirling rumors of a budding romance between Swift and Kansas City's All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce. After Kelce and company blew out the Bears, the pair of 33-year-old celebrities were seen leaving Arrowhead Stadium together.

The "Love Story" has obviously spread far beyond the Kelce family this fall though, with the NFL's social media changes making that very clear.

The 12-time Grammy Award-winner's "The Eras Tour" resumes with nine shows in November in Argentina and Brazil starting on Nov. 9 and ending on Nov. 26, before picking back up again in February 2024. It seems unlikely that Swift will be able to continue attending Chiefs games once she arrives in South America but for now, NFL fans and "Swifties" alike will enjoy watching the possible romance blossom.

Kansas City takes their 3-1 record (and 2-0 mark with Swift in the house) into Week 5, where they'll face the Minnesota Vikings at 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday on the road.
