As the 2025 NFL season gets set to begin, the Buffalo Bills are making a late-addition to their offense thanks to a reunion with veteran wide receiver Gabe Davis.

Davis played the first four years of his NFL career in Buffalo before electing free agency and signing a three-year, $39 million contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars in March of 2024. He would play in just 10 games, catching 20 passes for 239 yards and two touchdowns before tearing his meniscus in November and eventually being released in May 2025.

Head coach Sean McDermott said that Davis will rejoin the Bills, “just not quite yet.” Instead, he’ll join the practice squad as he continues to work back from the knee injury.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. While Davis was a solid receiver in his first stint with the Bills, he’s best known for his historic four-touchdown catch game in that AFC title clash with the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2021-22 playoffs.
