Jaxson Dart has played just six snaps in his first regular season with the New York Giants, but it appears head coach Brian Daboll is ready to give the rookie his shot.

After an anemic offensive performance on ‘Sunday Night Football,’ against the Kansas City Chiefs, the 25th-overall pick from the 2025 NFL Draft will get his first career start in Week 4 against the 3-0 Los Angeles Chargers.

Dart has only made brief cameos so far for the Giants and is yet to throw a pass, but after starting 0-3 and quarterback Russell Wilson only producing against the Cowboys swiss-cheese secondary, Daboll might be making a play to save his job by turning to the Ole Miss product.
