The 'No. 3 NFL Draft picks since 2000' quiz

Drake Maye still has two games left to match the number of starts he made as a rookie, but he already has more passing yards and touchdowns than he did in 2024-25. He added 270 yards and two more touchdowns in New England’s win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to lift the Patriots to two wins above the Buffalo Bills in the AFC East with seven games to play.

The win not only has the Patriots squarely in the “contender,” conversation, but also has Maye with the best odds to win NFL MVP thanks to his 2,555 yards, 19 touchdowns and just five interceptions through 10 games.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. In his second year as a professional, Maye looks like he’s absolutely worth the third-overall draft pick the Patriots used to select him in 2024. With that being said, can you name every player picked third in the NFL Draft since 2000?

Good luck!
