After Aaron Rodgers’ tumultuous two years with the New York Jets, there were many questions about what things would look like in his age-42 season as a Pittsburgh Steeler.
So far, so good.
While the 21 year old veteran signal caller is averaging his lowest passing yards-per-game (204.2), he’s been accurate and efficient. He's thrown 10 touchdowns to just three interceptions and the Steelers are 4-1 with a surprising stranglehold on the AFC North.
Their next opponent is the Cincinnati Bengals who “boast,” a defense that’s surrendered the third-most points-per-game in the NFL and an offense quarterbacked by fellow-40 year old Joe Flacco.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. When Rodgers and Flacco take the field on Thursday night, it will be just the third game with two starting quarterbacks of 40 years old in NFL history. With that being said, can you name the oldest starting quarterback for every NFL franchise?
Good luck!
