When your quarterback throws for 374 yards and three touchdowns without an interception, you would usually expect to win the game.
But unfortunately for Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams, they fell 31-27 in the NFC Championship game to Sam Darnold and the Seattle Seahawks. Stafford, who will be 38 years old next season, is naturally facing questions about whether he’ll be back for an 18th season.
After coming off of a likely-MVP season, it would be somewhat surprising to see Stafford retire. But in an interview on Sirius XM Radio with Mike Florio, he didn’t close the door on either possibility.
“It’s a physical, mental and emotional decision, a personal and family decision as well. So, we’ll figure all that kind of stuff out with time,” he said.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Stafford’s 374 passing yards are the fifth-most in a loss in a Conference Championship game. With that being said, can you name the quarterbacks with the most passing yards in a Conference Championship loss?
Good luck!
