The 'Receiving-leader by NFL team' quiz

Happy 45th birthday to seven-time Pro Bowler, two-time All-Pro and member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2024, Andre Johnson!

Before DeAndre Hopkins was making ridiculous catches and posting absurd numbers for the Houston Texans, there was Andre Johnson. The wide receiver was taken with the third-overall pick in the 2003 NFL Draft in just the Texans second year of existence. He slotted into the team as a starter from Day 1, catching 66 passes for 976 yards and four touchdowns as a rookie.

In 2004 he eclipsed the 1,000-yard milestone – the first of seven such seasons he’d rack up in his 14-year career – en route to his first Pro Bowl. He led the entire NFL receptions and receiving yards twice, and he remains the Texans franchise leader in receptions (1,012), yards (13,597) and TDs (64).

Johnson was released after the 2014 season – his first falling short of 1,000 yards in a full year since he was a rookie – and he played a limited role with the Colts and Titans in 2015 and 2016 before hanging up his cleats.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. How many of the players with the all-time receiving-record for every NFL franchise can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
