With both the NFC West title and No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs on the line, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle “ absolutely,” expects to play on Saturday despite dealing with an ankle sprain. While the 49ers already have a playoff spot locked up, a win over Seattle would not only give them a bye in the first round of the postseason, but also give another week for star linebacker Fred Warner another week to get healthy and possibly return from his fractured ankle.
While the veteran tight end has only played in 10 games this season, he’s still caught 52 passes for 599 yards and seven touchdowns. In the Niners and Seahawks first matchup way back in Week 1, Kittle caught four passes for 25 yards and a touchdown in what was a 17-13 win for San Francisco.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Kittle’s 7,979 receiving yards are the most all-time by a 49ers tight end. With that being said, can you name the tight end with the most receiving yards for each NFL franchise?
Good luck!
