The San Francisco 49ers have released the list of inactive players for their Week 17 matchup against the Chicago Bears. These seven players will not suit up for the game.
Inactives:
The 49ers ruled out two players on Friday: cornerback Renardo Green and quarterback Kurtis Rourke (knee). Because Rourke remains on the non-football injury (NFI) list and is not on the active roster, he does not need to be included among the team's Week 17 inactives. Green will miss his second consecutive game.
Two players were listed as questionable for the matchup against the Chicago Bears: tight end George Kittle and wide receiver Ricky Pearsall. Kittle suffered an ankle injury in Week 16 against the Indianapolis Colts, while Pearsall missed that game due to ankle and knee injuries.
Kittle is inactive, while Pearsall is expected to play.
On Saturday, the 49ers elevated two players from the practice squad: linebacker Eric Kendricks and tight end Brayden Willis. No additional roster moves were made.
