The Las Vegas Raiders are eliminated from this year's playoffs after losing 23-20 to the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium.

This is back-to-back seasons the Silver and Black will miss playing in the NFL postseason. The last time the Raiders made the playoffs was in 2021, playing in the Wildcard round against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Despite the 23-20 loss against the Colts, three offensive Raider players shined, starting with rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell.

O'Connell finished the game throwing 30 completions on 47 attempts for 299 yards and two touchdown passes. His throwing for 299 yards is now a career-high, and he has a passer rating of 81.3 with 1,974 yards, ten touchdowns, and seven interceptions in 11 games this season since taking over as the Silver and Black starting quarterback.

Running back Zamir White also shined in the loss in Indianapolis. Last week against the Chiefs, White had the best performance in his young season. In Week 16 against the Chiefs, White finished the game with 145 yards rushing on 22 carries. Against the Colts, he spent the game running for 71 carries on 20 attempts. White was also influential in the receiving game, finishing with five receptions for 35 yards. He has 79 carries for 339 yards and scored one touchdown in 16 games this season. He has proven he is a dangerous backup running back in the Raiders' running back room.

Lastly, Raiders Davante Adams shined for the Silver and Black offense despite the 23-20 loss and had his best game of the 2023-2024 NFL regular season. Adams finished the game with 13 receptions, targeted 21 times for 126 yards, and scored two receiving touchdowns. He has 19 career games with 10+ receptions and 100+ receiving, the third most in NFL history. He is only behind Andre Johnson with 21 and Antonio Brown with 20.

The Raiders now enter 2024 in preparation for their season finale against the Denver Broncos in Allegiant Stadium. Both teams met in week one, where the Silver and Black went on to win 17-16.

The Silver and Black finish the 2023 NFL Regular season next weekend at home by hosting their AFC West rival, the Denver Broncos.
