MOBILE, AL -- According to a report from Mary Kay Cabot, the Tennessee Titans are bringing in offensive line coach Bill Callahan from the Cleveland Browns to join his son, Brian, in Tennessee.
While it is a lateral move for Callahan, who will be the offensive line coach in Tennessee now, the Browns are expected to let Callahan walk given the circumstances.
This is a hire that Titans fans have been asking for all offseason and will be widely celebrated by the fanbase.

The belief as of now is Browns won’t hold Callahan back but they can since it’s lateral move
The Titans had one of, if not the worst offensive line in the NFL last offseason. Fixing that group needs to be a priortiy this offseason as Callahan, Ran Carthon, and the Titans put Will Levis in a position to succeed. Adding Bill Callahan to this coaching staff certainly catalyzes that process.
Bill Callahan is a former NFL and collegiate head coach that has been an offensive line coach in the league since 2008. Over the last 15+ years, the senior Callahan has been the OL coach with the New York Jets, Dallas Cowboys , Washington Redskins, and Cleveland Browns.
Callahan has been around the NFL for a long time and has consistently led one of the most productive offensive lines in the league. The Browns offensive line is frequently ranked in the Top 10 across the league by PFF and the unit has been an essential part of the Cleveland Browns returning to NFL relevancy over the last few seasons.
This is win for the Titans and another tremendous addition to the coaching staff currently being built in Nashville.
