The Tennessee Titans underwent a major change this offseason when they fired general manager Ran Carthon and hired longtime Kansas City Chiefs executive Mike Borgonzi to replace him. That was not the only adjustment to the team's leadership, however, as head coach Brian Callahan made several changes to his coaching staff.

On Thursday, the team officially announced the signing of former NFL head coach Mike McCoy as a senior offensive assistant but AtoZ Sports' Buck Reising also reported that the team made two more adjustments to finalize their staff. They hired Dylan Autenrieth as a defensive assistant and promoted Scott Cohen to the director of football strategy.

McCoy was the head coach for the San Diego Chargers for four seasons and has had several other stints as an NFL offensive coordinator, most recently with the Arizona Cardinals in 2018. He and Coach Callahan have worked together before as they spent time on the Denver Broncos' coaching staff.

Dylan Autenrieth played tight end at North Carolina State University for five seasons before joining the Vanderbilt Commodores staff as an offensive line coach. He has also made coaching stops at his alma mater as well as Colorado State University, where he worked with star tight end Trey McBride.

Scott Cohen has spent the last decade working in a consulting and research role with the Baltimore Ravens. He has been working in and around NFL front offices since 1999, so he should bring a wealth of experience to Callahan's now-finalized staff.
