Titans officially agree to terms with former Tennessee Vols standouts
Angelina Alcantar / USA TODAY NETWORK

The Tennessee Titans officially agreed to terms with a couple of former Tennessee Vols on Friday.

Former Vols running back Jabari Small and former Tennessee cornerback Gabe Jeudy-Lally both agreed to terms on undrafted free agent deals with the Titans on Friday according to TennesseeTitans.com

Small is a Memphis native who spent four seasons playing for the Volunteers. He had his best season at Tennessee in 2022 when he rushed for 734 yards and 12 touchdowns. Small also caught 12 passes for 106 yards and two touchdowns as a junior in 2022.

This past season, Small saw his role reduced a bit due to the emergence of sophomore Dylan Sampson and junior Jaylen Wright.

Small, however, was still productive for the Vols, rushing for 475 yards and two touchdowns on 95 carries (5.0 yards per carry).

The former three-star recruit is excellent in pass protection, which should give him a fighting chance to make the Titans' roster this summer.

Jeudy-Lally, meanwhile, is already familiar with Nashville after playing at Vanderbilt from 2019 to 2021 (he transferred to BYU in 2022 before landing with the Vols in 2023).

The Texas native played in all 13 games for Tennessee last season, making 11 starts. Jeudy-Lally totaled 41 tackles and one interception for the Vols in 2023.

The Titans' rookie minicamp is set to get underway on Friday (May 10).
