Titans Re-Sign DL Timmy Horne

The Titans are releasing LB Mohamoud Diabate from the practice squad in a corresponding move.

Horne, 29, wound up going undrafted out of Kansas State back in 2022. He later signed a rookie contract with the Falcons, but was among their roster cuts coming out of the preseason.

The Falcons later signed Horne to their practice squad and was on and off their active roster before being signed to the Giants’ active roster at the end of 2023. From there, Horne was let go with an injury designation in camp in 2024, and he spent the 2025 season with the Titans’ practice squad.

Horne re-signed with Tennessee this offseason and started the year on the practice squad before being let go yesterday.

In 2026, Horne has appeared in two games for the Titans and recorded five total tackles.
