Titans re-sign Ola Adeniyi to one-year deal

The Tennessee Titans are re-signing linebacker Ola Adeniyi to a one-year deal, agents Drew Rosenhaus and Ryan Matha announced on Wednesday.

Adeniyi, 24, made 21 tackles, 2.5 sacks and eight quarterback hits in his first season with the Titans, earning his first bid as a Pro Bowl alternate.

Prior to his stint in Tennessee, he recorded 25 tackles and three forced fumbles over 32 games played for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Houston native was just one player on a long list of unrestricted free agents the Titans have had to contend with since the free-agent market opened on March 16. The team currently has $4,315,469 in cap space, according to Over The Cap.
