Tom Brady cracks joke about Jayden Daniels’ mom

Tom Brady couldn’t help but have some fun with Jayden Daniels ahead of their flag football competition.

Brady and Daniels are both taking part in the Fanatics Flag Football Classic on Saturday, which will include a number of top NFL players. It will be the first time the Washington Commanders quarterback plays publicly since he was shut down in December.

In a recent event promoting the tournament, Brady tossed in some trash talk that brought Daniels’ mother into things.

“Good seeing Jayden on the field once for the first time in seven, eight months,” Brady joked. “I’m just happy his mom let him play.”

Daniels’ mother Regina Jackson is known for having significant influence on her son’s career. It’s pretty bold for Brady to go there, even though he was obviously joking.

As for Daniels, it has only been three months since he last played. Fortunately, he appears to be healthy, because his mother does not want to hear a word about him being injury-prone.
