Tom Brady Sparks Reaction With Blunt Kevin Hart Comment

The Philadelphia Eagles just enacted their revenge on the Kansas City Chiefs. After falling to the Chiefs 38-35 in Super Bowl 57, the Eagles bounced back, two seasons later, to dominate the Chiefs 40-22. Following this lopsided loss in the Super Bowl, the Patrick Mahomes vs. Tom Brady GOAT conversation should fade into the background -- for now.

Tom Brady, on the other hand, just completed his first Super Bowl broadcast as Fox Sports' lead NFL color commentator. Brady (as always) will face intense backlash and criticism over his performance in the booth.

But that didn't stop him from taking revenge into his own hands against comedian, and longtime Eagles fan, Kevin Hart:

Hart hosted the Tom Brady Roast back in May that aired live on Netflix from Los Angeles. Hart, as well as virtually every comedian, former athlete, and entertainer in the building, took wild, unfiltered shots at Brady for nearly four hours. Brady, despite a semi-permanent cringe on his face, took his roast in stride.

Well apparently, Brady was waiting for a chance to take a shot back at Hart. Brady's joke was a big swing and a miss, as his play-by-play teammate, Kevin Burkhardt, didn't even get the joke initially. Jokes generally aren't funny if you have to explain them:

"You took so many shots at me in May, I'm coming right back at you."

Burkhardt followed up with, "It's the roast revenge tour for Tom Brady."
