Tom Brady’s trainer Alex Guerrero welcomes Rob Gronkowski to Tampa Bay

Tom Brady is reuniting with Gronk, and trainer Alex Guerrero is pretty pumped about it.

Guerrero, who is Brady’s longtime trainer and a collaborator on the “TB12” fitness brand, welcomed Rob Gronkowski to the Bucs with an Instagram post on Tuesday.

“Welcome to Tampa Bay @gronk! Can’t wait to get it started out here,” Guerrero wrote.

Gronk was traded with a 7th-round pick by the New England Patriots to the Buccaneers for a fourth-round pick. Just like Brady, he has trained with Guerrero and worked out at the TB12 facility.

The 30-year-old did not play last season after his retirement following the Super Bowl-winning 2018 season and should be fresh and fully motivated. But Gronkowski was not at his best in 2018, only catching 47passes for 682 yards. He even admitted that he dragged his way through that season.
