A low-risk, but high-reward deal that could pay off for Arizona by investing in the former second-round pick.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, former Raiders DT Bilal Nichols will earn a three-year contract from the Cards worth up to $21 million. $14.4 million is guaranteed upon signing.

This position was certainly a need and this deal helps the Cardinals avoid the top-of-market defensive tackle market. A former fifth-round pick by the Chicago Bears, Nichols has a lot of good football left ahead of him at just 27 years old.
