Tracking the San Francisco 49ers' top-30 prospect visits and virtual meetings ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft

The San Francisco 49ers have made a habit of drafting players with whom they hold top-30 visits.

Since Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch took over as head coach and general manager, the 49ers have spent 18 picks on players with whom they held a top-30 visit. That number excludes the 2020 and 2021 drafts, when the COVID-19 pandemic restricted in-person visits, but they drafted five players with whom they met virtually, including Brandon Aiyuk, Trey Lance and Deommodore Lenoir, across those drafts.

So as reports of this year's visits filter out, it's important to keep track of players who could very soon be members of the 49ers roster if history is any guide.
