The Jacksonville Jaguars are one of the surprises in the NFL this season.
They hold an 11-4 record and have won six consecutive games, including a Week 16 win over the AFC's current No. 1 seed, the Denver Broncos.
This is the first season for the Jaguars under head coach Liam Coen and general manager James Gladstone.
Jacksonville is also doing all this without 2025 No. 2 overall pick Travis Hunter.
Hunter is a two-way player who plays cornerback and wide receiver.
He injured his right knee during a practice on Oct. 30. It turned out to be season-ending, with damage to his LCL.
The rookie appeared in seven games and totaled 28 receptions for 298 yards and a touchdown. On the defensive side, he recorded 15 total tackles and three passes defended.
On Wednesday, a video emerged on social media of Hunter walking without crutches.
"I'm walking...," Hunter said. "This ain't nothing to me. I'm bout to be running a 40 yd dash by tomorrow."
Hunter is aiming for a return to full football activities around May, but the fact that he's already walking is promising news.
The 22-year-old is a special talent and was on full display during his final season in college with the Colorado Buffaloes.
He won the Heisman Trophy and finished with 96 receptions for 1,258 yards and 15 touchdowns.
Hunter added 36 total tackles, 11 passes defended, one forced fumble and four interceptions.
