Travis Hunter has been the talk of the NFL world lately after his interview with CBS’s Pete Prisco. He’s known for his ability to play both sides of the ball, a skill many have demonstrated before, but none with as much seriousness as he brings.
In that interview, he nicknamed himself the “Unicorn” for his unique versatility and went on to emphasize just how committed he is to playing his style throughout his entire career.
"I definitely think I could play them all. If I didn't think I could play them all, I wouldn't be trying to do it." Hunter expressed.
"You got to have the right mindset going into it. You got to have the right knowledge. You got to understand what you're doing when you're going out there. You got to understand how to take care of your body too." he added.
Hunter received an 84 overall rating in the latest edition of Madden NFL, the highest for a rookie ever. Pat McAfee dropped an interesting perspective on the matter.
"If he was able to play eight years on both sides, guaranteed hall of fame," he said. "If he was to play both sides, five years or four years and transition into one of them, I think still hall of fame, resume type stuff. Anything he does is going to be unique. It's going to be a mold breaker."
The funny thing about how great of a receiver Travis Hunter is: even an idiot like me can see why he is also a great corner! The ball tracking/hip fluidity is crazy pic.twitter.com/m88dVbqS0F

Well, it's definitely going to be interesting. He has done it successfully for Colorado, giving them one of the most successful seasons in recent history last year.
But, people have expressed doubts whether he could do the same in the NFL consistently. If he does, it's going to be a pleasure to watch him on the field.
