On the latest episode of their "New Heights" podcast, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce attempted to avoid talking about a recent trip to New York City to visit girlfriend Taylor Swift - but older brother Jason did his best to draw out the news.

"Is this...are we catching up....uh...What did I...I went...uh...I didn't do anything for New Year's. I was stuck working on New Year's Eve and New Year's and yeah, that's all I got," he said on the show, hoping to avoid talking about Swift.

Until Jason chimed in with, "Well you went to New York," hinting at his date nights with Swift.

"I did go to New York. I had some delicious food and got to see the Big City, which I absolutely [expletive] love. Love the big city," Travis said.

Picking up the fact that his younger brother didn't want to talk about his love life, Jason said, "Alright, welp," and moved on.

During a different portion of the show, the star Chiefs tight end addressed speculation that the team was "scared" of the Cincinnati Bengals making the playoffs.

"I'm not scared of [expletive] nobody, I wanted them in the [expletive] playoffs. I want to slay every dragon one-by-one like Mortal Kombat. I don't want this to be like a we play the lowest seed. Just give me the best teams - AFC/NFC. Give me all of them, Mortal Kombat style. I'll go through every [expletive] one of them just giving it my best [expletive] effort," he said during the show.

"I ain't scared of a single soul, man. I'll play them in a Wal-Mart parking lot, I don't give a [expletive]. We can have our own game in the offseason. Look, I love competing against the greatest. The Bengals were a fun [expletive] team to watch there towards the end of the [expletive] season. And it's a shame they didn't make the playoffs because it would have made the playoffs that much [expletive] crazier and that much more fun."

Kansas City will face the lowest remaining seed from the wild card round.
