Travis Kelce witnessed firsthand how a young fan fell from the stands following their Week 12 game against the Carolina Panthers. Naturally, the Kansas City Chiefs star "felt bad" after the incident.

The 35-year-old admitted as much in the latest episode of the "New Heights" podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce.

The incident occurred while the Chiefs players were walking off the field after their 30-27 win over the Panthers. As fans flocked near the tunnel area to get a glimpse of the players, an excited young fan wearing a Nick Bolton jersey didn't notice the gap in the railings and accidentally fell headfirst.

Fortunately, Chiefs defensive tackle Tershawn Wharton saw the kid as he was falling and quickly caught him before he hit the ground.

A video of the accident has since gone viral, prompting the Kelce brothers to talk about it.

Apparently, Kelce was nearby when the kid fell, as a closer look at the video of the incident showed him on the left side talking to someone. The Chiefs TE pointed it out himself as he shared his thoughts on the scary moment.

"I actually saw this, and I felt bad after," Kelce admitted.

Travis Kelce then proceeded to question the opening in the railing at Bank of America Stadium. The Chiefs star also joked that the kid could sue the Panthers.

"Dude, he should [expletive] go to school with a neck brace on and sue the [expletive] Panthers. Get rich quick, kid," Kelce added.

The good news is that the kid was safe and was able to get back to the stands after Wharton lifted him back up.
