Travis Kelce's Mom Warns Him About New Orleans Tourist Destination

For the fifth time in the last six seasons, the Kansas City Chiefs will represent the AFC in the Super Bowl.

The Chiefs have been the NFL's best team all season long, and they proved why with another big win over the Buffalo Bills last week. With the Super Bowl and a trip to New Orleans coming soon for the Chiefs, one star player's mother issued her son a warning ahead of the trip down South.

Tight end Travis Kelce said that "I owe New Orleans a little something," and his mother Donna agreed. Both Kelces were on the field at Arrowhead Stadium with Taylor Swift, and Swift appeared to show concern with Travis for potentially visiting Bourbon Street.

Donna Kelce agreed, telling Travis that “We know your history."

During his college career at Cincinnati, Kelce was supposed to play in the 2010 Sugar Bowl with the Bearcats. He was not allowed to play in the game after failing a drug test for marijuana, and ended up missing the entire 2010 season after his positive test.

Kelce is now looking to win his fourth career Super Bowl title in New Orleans, a number that would put him with some of the very best to play in the NFL.

Kelce will surely be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame after his career is over, and he'll have one of the greatest resumes of all time for a tight end, but he'll have the chance to redeem himself in two weeks at the Superdome.

The Chiefs will face a familiar foe in the Philadelphia Eagles, just two seasons after the Chiefs and Eagles met in the Super Bowl. Kansas City won 38-35 thanks to a last-econd field goal by Harrison Butker.

The Eagles will bring a different team than the one they had in Arizona two years ago, and a player like Saquon Barkley could be the difference between two teams that are evenly matched.

We'll see if Kelce and the Chiefs can make history with a third straight Super Bowl title in New Orleans, or if the Eagles can end the years of Kansas City dominance at the top of the NFL.
